This privacy policy describes how Clio Sync ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your data when you use the Clio Sync Chrome Extension.
Clio Sync reads active session cookies of the EHR portal (specifically amexzone.com) and the Clio Notes authentication token cookie from your local browser. This data is securely transmitted directly to your private Clio Notes database integration endpoint (Supabase) to authorize automated note synchronization tasks. We do not transmit this data to any other third party.
The retrieved session cookies and configuration keys are stored securely in your private, encrypted database (Supabase) under your Clio Notes user profile. No authentication credentials or passwords are saved or logged.
We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to transmit your session data securely from your browser to your database endpoint.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data, credentials, or session cookies with any third parties or advertisers.
